These general sales conditions of sale apply to any order placed remotely by a legal person with legal capacity and acting as a consumer with Improve Software on the Internet website https://www.improve-software.com.

These Terms are subject to change at any time by Improve Software. It is your responsibility to consult them and to accept them formally before any order. The applicable terms are those appearing on the website at the time of your order. Any order placed on the website is considered full and unconditional by Improve Software at the time of the said order.

 

PRICE OF THE SERVICE

 

The price of the subscription to the Service is that which is indicated on the website https://www.improve-software.com on the pricing page. The price varies according to the number of testing days chosen by the customer. You choose the number of days with the scale available on the pricing page and in each testing type (Mobile, Automated, web testing).

 

ORDERING THE SERVICE  

 

Following the placing of the order, we acknowledge receipt by sending an order confirmation email including the summary of the order, the number of the order, then we validate the order by sending the Customer an order validation email.

Improve Software reserves the right not to validate the order for any legitimate reason: Customer did not pay for a previous order. A dispute relating to the payment of one of the Customer’s previous orders is in process. Several serious and concordant elements raise a suspicion of fraud on the Customer’s order.

We send emails to the the Customer’s email address to identify themselves in their customer account on the website.

Note: In case of absence of the receipt of the email, Improve Software recommends the Customer to contact us via the phone number.

 

WARRANTY

 

Improve Software takes the utmost care in the execution of the order and the quality of the service. In case of acknowledgement by the Improve Software, the latter has the obligation to reimburse the service without any other compensation.

 

FORCE MAJEURE (ACT OF GOD)

 

Improve Software is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of one of its obligations resulting from the sales contract as long as this non-performance is linked to the occurrence of an event of force majeure.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

 

Improve Software offers the following payment methods:

Bank transfer:

Bank Transfer (wire transfer) is a very safe payment method. First, you choose to pay by bank transfer, and select the option to complete the service you wish to pay for. Improve Software does not give any total or partial refund for partial use of the Service.

 

LITIGATION, MEDIATION and APPLICABLE LAW

 

For any complaint, our Customer Service is at your disposal.

If a customer wants to file a case about a service, the E-commerce Mediator will intervene but only in the absence of partnerships with sectoral Mediators, already existing, competent, to which he can transmit your file while ensuring a follow-up. The European Commission has set up a dispute resolution platform to collect potential consumer complaints following an online purchase. If one or more clauses of these conditions become null and void as a result of a change in legislation or by court order, this cannot in any way affect the validity of the other clauses, which remain applicable.

 

CANCELLATION

 

In application of the provisions of Article L. 221.18 (of Hamon Law) and following the Consumer Code, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the conclusion of the contract.

 

TERMINATION
